I'm Jennifer Krosch, a Sioux Falls area Realtor specializing in relocation, first-time home buyers,and sellers ready to move on to their next chapter.

I help clients confidently navigate both the buying and selling process with honest advice, strong local knowledge,and a practical eye for the condition and long-term value of a home.

My background includes a degree in Electro Mechanical studies and experience in construction, electrical work, and workplace safety dating back to 2005. I spent five years as a Safety Coordinator for a telecommunications company and approximately three years as a Safety and Risk Coordinator with the City of Sioux Falls.

That experience shapes how I approach real estate: paying attention to details, asking practical questions, and helping clients recognize visible concerns that deserve further evaluation. My perspective complements the work of a professional home inspector and helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions.
